I'm happy with the medical care, my doctor has always been great. However the phones are a nightmare. Wait times are high, and it seems like you're lucky if they answer at all. Pretty frustrating.
If it was possible to give zero stars, I would. Where do I even begin... A business day and a half before my appointment at this clinic, I was informed that my previously accepted insurance was no longer accepted due to the Banner transfer. My appointment was canceled for me and I was told I could only come if I self-payed. I am leaving for college in a week and don't have time to find a new doctor, so I didn't have much choice but to pay cash for the appointment. 2 stars for the doctors, -3 for the corporation. I started here 15 years ago when it was AFM It was awesome! Then it was ViIllage medical and now Banner Health. Can’t get anyone to answer the phone, when they do they cannot answer questions like…”is my doctor still practicing?” If you’re looking for a quality a GP, this may not be the place. Kinda feels like the Jiffy Lube of family medicine. Total bummer.
I sat in my room for 40 min, not one doctor came in and no one advised me, therefore, I simply left, I will not return.
My experience with Urte Zableckas and this clinic has been disappointing to say the least. 'Dr. Z' is your typical pill pushing doctor that would rather prescribe pills to cover up symptoms than treat the root cause of your ailment. I have a few examples of this with her but the final straw for me was my last visit. It was a standard wellness exam and I made mention of some upper abdominal pain that would come and go.
