I just called to make an appointment there and was told because I possibly have a cold that I am not allowed in the office they are not taking sick patients in the office. I was told I would have to do tell it health or some bull like that so I asked how is a doctor supposed to figure out if I'm sick and I was told that if the doctor thinks I'm sick then I will have to come to the office into the parking lot and the doctor would come to the parking lot to evaluate me. what kind of bull is this it's a doctor's office. Dr. Johnson is beyond shady. He canceled my 74-year-old mother’s prescriptions because I told him we went to the hospital instead of waiting for him to call back two days later! Now she is suffering from withdrawal symptoms and the office doesn’t even have the decency to return my calls. It’s obvious his patients care is not a concern or priority.

I am so disgusted, disappointed with Dr. Johnson and associates in family medicine. I have been going here since Dr. Johnson opened this practice. In fact, he worked with my mom when he was completing his residency at Bethany. I met him thru my mom. Now I have a bill of $69; To be fair, I have had this bill to pay for a while and just don’t have the money; and Dr Johnson refuses to see me!!!!!!!!!! I need high blood pressure meds. And he refuses to offer his services for $69! What happened to the Hippocratic oath?? I could h... read more

The providers, nursing staff, and lab care so much and bend over backwards for their patients. Their bedside manner and thorough diagnosis is so appreciated!! Our son loves Jeff as his provider. I am always comfortable talking to Dr. Johnson and Dr. Trusty about my health concerns. Just a great team!!!
