Dr Engle and all the staff we have encounterd over the years are fantastic! My 13 yr old daughter was very indecisive about which new frames to get and Georgia was so helpful with styles and showing her on the computer all the different colors they come in. She was so patient with her. They don't push you through like your a number, everyone talks to me and my daughter making us both feel naturally comfortable with our whole experience!
