I was looking for an option that was closer to my home and just after one phone call with the staff at this establishment these are my go-to eye professionals from here on out. The process was very smooth and simple and they also took my insurance as well
The eye exam itself was great.. the people I dealt with were very friendly.. but I trusted them with a pair of glasses that I had already and loved, and they broke them in the process which caused me to spend way more money than I could afford, very upset with how they handled that.. Went a month without glasses and I am a person who needs their glasses at all times... So needless to say I'm not happy..
First I was told/lied to that I could bring my own frames and have my prescription installed. Lies. Then I have been waiting since June20 for them to come back, it’s July 9th and I still don’t have them.
Needed some help with contacts was told that I used a years worth of contacts already and that is why it wasn’t being refilled. Was then told they didn’t actually know why it wasn’t being refilled and to get with the contact subscription service I use. I did and they told me it was being denied on eye associates end. I called back for help and was immediately treated horribly about this situation and was told they can’t help me. Which is fine that they didn’t have an answer. I wish I could remember the gentleman's name that helped me on pick out glasses today. He was amazing, he took such amazing care of me and made sure I was looking my best self. He was actually the one who picked the glasses I went with. Thank you for making me feel important!
