Totally unreasonable office practices would not let members of the same family switch around their appointments as long as you're seeing the same number of patients I don't see what the problem is. Upon getting a pair of Oakley glasses from AEC in Oneida, I discovered that a lens was chipped when it arrived from their lab. When I brought this to their attention they recommended having the frames sent to Oakley to have the lenses better installed and fitted. However, they stated that I would have to pay the difference. Upon their arrival from Oakley's lab the lens was still sticking out past the rim of the frame and not properly placed.
