Unfortunately we had a horrible experience. We were told that our appointments were preventative, meaning that insurance would cover them, only for us to later find out that they were not coded as such and we were stuck with the bill. The employees were unwilling to do anything to remedy the situation and spoke to us very rudely. I do not recommend this office whatsoever.
If I could give zero stars, I would. This “dermatologist” (George Anderson, PA-C), showed a shocking level of ignorance and arrogance regarding the risks of Accutane. When I voiced concerns about the well-documented mental health side effects for my teenage son, the PA dismissed them entirely, telling me I needed to go find the research to support it. He even claimed—in front of my son—that there’s only been one suicide linked to Accutane and that kids with acne are more likely to harm themselves because of the acne, not the... read more
I'm a new patient and I'm so glad I switched from Ad*** Dermatology! Practicioner G. Anderson was amazing. He told me what to expect, his standard operating procedures, and so on. I needed a refill for Taltz, but I wanted him to look at my toenails. I thought I had toenail fungus. That other office didn't test, they just prescribed a nail lacquer.
