I went here to get help. It took a month and a half for me to get the PTO to be able to go in. I was charged $35 to be told that they did not have the equipment there that I needed to be helped and sent me on my way and told me to make another appointment for another $35 at their other location causing me to have to wait another two months to even be able to get the PTO off for work to be able to get myself taken care of. I had a frustrating experience with Dr. Susan. She did not listen to my concerns and repeatedly insisted that my foot issue was a wart and suggested freezing it off. However, I was clearly in significant pain and even limping, which didn’t seem to be taken seriously. I felt dismissed and wish my symptoms had been evaluated more thoroughly. Would not recommend coming here

I cannot recommend Dr. Knable and the New Albany staff highly enough! I had been dreading/putting off a scalp procedure for years, but from the initial consultation to the operation, he immediately put me at ease. Dr. Knable is so calm and approachable, and he worked so quickly and painlessly that I barely had time to worry! The whole team is just wonderful—truly kind, caring, and knowledgeable professionals. I’m incredibly grateful for the care I received! 🙏
