The doctors here are very good hence the two stars, but you've lost me as a patient because of your administrative processes. For the second time I've been put into pre-collection or collection for amounts due to you that I had no knowledge of. These amounts could just have easily been collected during my visit and if I had been made aware of them, I would have paid you long before any 'collection' action was required. This was my first visit and the staff were very nice and hospitable. When I got to meet Dr. Morton I got the same good and pleasant vibes. Trust, first impressions do matter and I thank you all for your good hospitality. Until my next appointment, keep up the good work!!
Dr. Donavon and her assistants are the best! Always polite and friendly. They all are very responsive to your needs. My husband and I have been seeing her for years. She is very observant. We wouldn’t want to see anyone else.
Everyone from front desk to the Doctor an all the staff between where EXCELLENT. You have a fantastic personal there. Keep up the great work. Also they really care about me. That was great.
