For approximately 12 years, I struggled with persistent blisters on my forehead and bald head—small, pus-like bumps combined with rosacea-like dry, irritated skin all over my face. I booked my appointment through ZocDoc and uploaded all my information, including my insurance details, in advance. A week later, I drove 20 minutes to the doctor's office, only to be told at the front desk that they don’t accept my insurance—despite ZocDoc stating otherwise and the office having my information for an entire week. This level of miscommunication and lack of attention to detail is incredibly frustrating. Clearly, someone is not doing their job properly.
First time going here. Full scan went so effortlessly smooth. Highly recommended to friends and family now. Dr. Allyson S. Brockman-Bitterman was awesome. Two thumbs up 👍👍
