Horrible experience from the moment you sit down. The medical assistant was rushing and her tone was inpatient. Then Dr. Brockman came in and she was worse. She didn’t even come close to check out my facial acne. It felt rushed and like she didn’t even seem to care. She just gave me a generic treatment. For the past four months, I have been dealing with severe hand eczema flare ups, extreme dryness, itching and painful cracking. The condition has been physically painful, emotionally draining and honestly at times embarrassing. I did not have a pleasant experience with Dr. Brockman-Bitterman. This was my first time seeing her and I will not be returning to this provider. She did not try to build rapport. The visit was very rushed. She was dismissive about my concerns, would cut me off as I’m speaking and only assessed my scalp because I asked her to. I wouldn’t recommend her to anyone.

I scheduled a dermatology appointment to have my scalp evaluated to determine the cause of my excessive hair loss. Unfortunately, the visit lasted less than 10 minutes. During that time there was no proper scalp examination, no diagnostic testing, and no equipment was used. I also did not receive a diagnosis or clear explanation. The office seemed to be moving patients through very quickly, which made the consultation feel rushed and impersonal. Later I received a bill for approximately $600 for this consultation.
