Very caring staff The doctor took time to explain everything and helped me through the procedure even though I was extremely scared. I would recommend this office to friends and family.
You're on your own at this office I had a cancerous mold removed in 2008, and as a subsequent follow-up went to be examined on a canceled appointment opening in January 2011. My prior physician was Dr. Brockman, whom I found efficient and helpful. Associates has expanded rapidly, and on this occasion, my appointment was with a new physician.
HATED IT!!!! I must be a glutton for punishment or just to lazy to find another DR. Patients are treated like they are in a production line. I went for a rash, she to a look and said you have this. I had to basically ask her all the details, such how, and what. She prescribed medication and ran out, I was walking behind her asking questions. Visit was all of 2mins tops. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!
Great Docs My son was treated by this group. I though the staff was courteous and professional, appointment was well scheduled as we did not sit in waiting room for long. The doctor was teriffic and spent a considerate length with him as a new patient to expalin treatment plan and prescriptions. Will use in the future and would recommend to others.
Janene I was not impressed with the service I received. I was rushed through the appointment, the choice of drugs was not clearly discussed with me, and I was charged for two appointments in two days - the second being just to verify that the blood tests were in order. Most other specialists I have been to discuss the prescription at the time of the first visit and, if the blood work is in order, the prescription may be picked up the next day. Associates in Dermatology is GREAT I have been a patient of this practice for years and have always had a positive experience. I've seen a few of the doctors in the practice and they were all very professional and took the time to explain. The staff has never been anything less than courteous and friendly to me and my family. Definitly would recommend to others!!
Staff Acts Like Detention Hall Students! Terrible staff. I felt uncomfortable with these people handling my files and scheduling my appointments. Just a bunch of bunglers, as if they were students acting out in detention. A doctor is only as good as his/her staff, and I'm taking my business elsewhere!
Adequate The physician seemed competent, but I was completely rushed through my appointment with the dermatologist. This appointment was scheduled well in advance and I arrived early. It was a poor first impression and I don't intend to return. The only thing the made time for was my payment.
