The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I felt at ease dealing with my situation. Very warm and inviting . The staff is Great. Carol, Sandra and Annette keep up the great work
I saw Victoria last week for a skin check and she was absolutely fantastic! I was surprised at how thorough she was and that she took the time to answer all my questions. Would highly recommend!
I was told over the phone that the intial office visit was going to be one thing then months latter receive another bill for additional charges. This office lies and don't are anything about you. RUN and stay away from this place. My rating would be zero stars.
The Kissimmee Assoc. in Dermatology office is BEYOND disappointing. I've been a patient for 16 yrs. & today was the final straw. I had contacted the 'office mgr' before on the issues. They never fixed any of it & have come to the realization that they just don't care about the patients at all, it's all about money for them. After 4 months of treatment I have been asking Dr. Olga to authorize a refil for my son in order to continue with his treatment and just never happened. I called 5 times to heard the same answer"to wait for her response" and just never happened. Waited in line for more than 30 minutes they never pick up the phone. It is so sad that a "Dr in dermatology" don't have 3 minutes of her time to call a pharmacy and authorize a cream that she prescribed. I would never recommend this group to anyone. Terrible experience. Had MOHs surgery in temple area. Surgery may have been done competently but throughout the procedure the tech and the Dr were arguing about how to do things. Tension was palpable. Very uncomfortable. Wait was almost 1 hour. No one told me to ice the area post surgery and now the swelling is awful because of that. Had another surgery scheduled but will never go back to this office
Don't go to Associates in Dermatology if you want to be able to contact the office directly. I have waited for 2 weeks to get ahold of the office directly. Even then we had to escalate things with the Director of Client Operations to make them call us back. When you call in you get directed to a call center that has no access to your medical file or have the ability to answer any questions. Had no issues with the providers the previous 2 visits over the last 2 years, then had many issues with the last provider. Best tip, go ... read more
One star is generous. Absolute horror. Doctor came in to office to 2 minutes and told me that we haven t been on the medication long enough and to reschedule an appointment. Then proceeded to try to charge me for an office visit. I refused to pay. Next visit, they tried to get my wife to pay for the previous visit and lied. We will never, EVER, go back to this doctor. BEWARE AND AVOID. Many other good dermatologists out there, find another one.
