Im disappointed I make appointment online and have confirmation .and now they call because is over book . They no organized
I had a terrible experience with this place. The operator who answered the phone was extremely rude and acted like they didn’t even want to help. It was uncomfortable just trying to ask basic questions. I ended up calling another dermatologist office, and the difference was night and day—much more professional and helpful. Definitely wouldn’t recommend based on how I was treated.
Dr Sergio and his staff were respectful, patient and professional.
