Kim Pham was amazing she saw myself and my husband. She was very thorough with both of us. I had to have biopsy done. She explained each step even checked cost to us with insurance. Definitely awesome that so close in Altamonte Springs. Have a place for our entire family.
Doctor office is very bad not professional. Talked to me with high voices not explaining correctly procedures. I left very disappointed will look for another office

I got Botox with Kim Pham for the first time and the experience was absolutely incredible. She’s so thoughtful, thorough, and genuinely caring. I felt completely seen and heard by her, which is rare and so appreciated. Kim took the time to listen to my concerns, explain everything clearly, and made me feel 100% comfortable throughout the entire process. I left feeling confident and cared for—truly such a great experience. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for not just great results, but a provider who truly gets you.
Have be going here for over 3 yrs, have always had a good experience. But the problem is I have seen a different doctor every time. But the last 2 times I have seen Kim and love her, she has great bed side manners and cares about her patients. She had seen thing no one else ever mentioned and advised on treatment. I really hope she can stay based in Altamonte, nice to see same doctor each time!! Much more personal the seeing different doctors each time. Highly recommend Kim!!
