Original service was fine, except the part when they over charged. Then getting the records department to return calls, email or answering the phone. Had to go into the office and get physical copies after a week of waiting. The office staff is always nice and helpful and pleasant.
I honestly can say I gave them a shot despite my initial conversation with, I’m assuming, the scheduling coordinator who was a bit aggressive with her tone. I get to the office and the service is very unwelcoming and cold. I could tell that the front staff were very young with little to no customer service skills. The office could definitely use an upgrade. I’m actually glad that the physician recommended me to go elsewhere because I would not want to have anything done inside of this office.
