I was referred by my doctor to this office. I made an apt with one doctor, but after reading the reviews I decided to switch my first appointment to Kim. She held herself extremely professional was quick and explained everything in detail. I also appreciate the eye contact as well. Kim NP was excellent! She is very knowledgeable and kind. She made me feel comfortable and one of the most caring health provider I have. She follow up to ensure my procedure went well. She did not mind getting back with me even on her day off. She double book to ensure my husband also get seen on the same day. She just went above and beyond for us. Kim is highly recommended. Fantastic! NP Kim is amazing! She has worked me to get my eczema under control. Checks on me and stops at nothing to get me the medication I need to treat my eczema. Worked hard with my insurance to get my medication approved. I love her and her awesome personality too.
During a visit for another reason, I mentioned that I had a bug bite that had been bothering me for a week. Kim Pham took a look and gave me a sample of a cream to use. In less than two days the bite was gone. This is just one example of why I go here. Highly recommended.
