My mother was seen by Regan Johnson at this dermatology office. A biopsy test was performed, but she was told it was cancer before the biopsy results were available. This was extremely distressing for our family, as we expected confirmation before such a serious determination. She left the appointment feeling confused and concerned, and would have appreciated clearer communication and waiting for definitive results.
Kim has been amazing!! I've been dealing with plaque psoriasis since about 2021. Went in to see her and she immediately took action, gave me samples of medication, took the time to show me to how use the medication and even started me on injections on the same day! She then worked hard to get my insurance to approve my treatment!! Greatly recommend her ❤️🙏🏽❤️

Fantastic service! Kim Pham, APRN and Beatrice the medical assistant are friendly and helpful. Explaining everything before as they work and putting me at ease with my concerns about my skin issues!
While the office itself is great, I have to give them one star because they do not seem to be very knowledgeable on insurance. I went here to have a cyst removed. They are in my network. In network, in office procedures are charged the specialty copay. I was quoted $650 by the billing person who called me because she said I had not met my deductible. I have an 80/20 plan with a deductible. However, when I called Cigna they said all I had to pay was the $40 copay as long the procedure was performed in the office.
