Great doctor and great staff!
Dr. Mark Gilder gave me my life back. I suffered from 4th degree chronic Hemorrhoids. Internal a prolapsed for years. It got very bad this past Thanksgiving and was unable to self manage anymore. I called him on a Monday and I saw him the same day for a consultation. Everyone in his office was extremely kind and accommodating. Dr. Gilder took his time and explained everything very thoroughly to me and my wife to make sure we understood the situation and what the options, risks, rewards were. Dr. Gilder was the on call covering doctor for my regular doctor. After calling with an emergency following complications from my surgery, Dr. Lorber was belittling and seemingly angry that I would call him as the on call doctor. Then, despite arriving at the hospital at 2 am, I didn’t see Dr. Gilder until 10 am the next morning during rounds.
