The receptionist and scheduler are both horrible. I've been trying to schedule a procedure for 3 weeks now after my initial phone consult with Dr. Taratino. Left no less than 6 messages with the receptionist and they keep saying they will pass on to Patricia. I've been given so many excuses on why she still hasn't called me back from being on vacation to catching up after vacation to being out sick. Still haven't gotten an appointment. I'm going to a different Dr. if I don't hear back.

Very disappointed! My appointment was accidentally canceled. I spoke with receptionist Sandy who told me nothing can be done because the patient who took my appointment was more in need. I explained I waited a long time and made a lot of arrangements for this appointment. After 30 minutes on the phone and being called a liar she said I can come in but will have to wait a veryl ong time to speak to a dr and maybe be seen. very unfair if I had the appointment first I should be seen right away! I wasn't looking forward to my appointment, but as soon as I arrived the staff made me feel very comfortable. Dr Gilder was wonderful. He had a great bedside manner. He explained my condition in detail, even drawing it to help me understand. I highly recommend Dr Gulder.
