I would give them zero if I could. Over an hour wait for an hour after having an appointment made months in advance. Please go elsewhere.
A huge thank you to Charles who was unbelievably helpful on the phone!!! Also Dr Elbaum was great! Charles promised to call me back if someone cancelled to get my wife in sooner and he did which amazed me because this does not usually happen. He was the most helpful person and should be commended for his customer service. Just a great guy. I saw Dr. Fishberg a few months ago and the visit went fine. He ordered tests that happened quickly. He told me I was at high risk and started me on rousavastatin. It started causing me terrible muscle cramps. The nurse told me to stop it and see if it helped. It did. So the doctor prescribed a different medication to try. Insurance didn’t approve it.
