She's really a gud doctor she always explains things to me and explain where I can understand what's going on. I was there on Wednesday and told her about my colonoscopy and I'm on Medicare now and asked for prescription for my wrist splint and she done what I asked her but she's very good to me and very understanding

My experience has been very positive thus far. The first thing that comes to my mind is that Dr. Cheng is very engaging when it comes to the care of her patients. And that’s very comforting! Especially if you’re a person who’s uncomfortable about going to doctors in the first place.
My experience was disappointing. I had one appointment with Dr. Cheng, which was supposed to be my annual visit. It was a very quick consultation. Subsequently, I found another physician and chose him as my primary care doctor, canceling my next year's appointment with Dr. Cheng. After canceling, she added an office visit charge to my annual visit, so I was billed and had to pay for what was supposed to be a covered annual visit.
