I wish I could give a better rating because my child’s therapist has been absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately, the office’s billing and administrative practices have been incredibly frustrating. The reception desk isn’t staffed after a certain time, so there’s often no one available to collect copays. Instead of billing patients promptly, they allow balances to grow into large amounts and then add notes implying it’s the patient’s fault for not paying, even though there was no opportunity to do so. No one knows how to do an insurance verification check, so they tell me I’m not covered, to which I find out I am covered when I told them insurance covers me. No manners from front desk staff and virtually unreachable to try to resolve any problems with insurance

Reception staff (the first person you speak to) has been condescending and rude to the point that even if they did not have such a massive but undefined waitlist I still would never go or suggest this place. I asked them how long the wait was and what the process looked like and when I told her her response didn’t answer my question, instead of trying to better answer it, she just argued.
