No one knows how to do an insurance verification check, so they tell me I’m not covered, to which I find out I am covered when I told them insurance covers me. No manners from front desk staff and virtually unreachable to try to resolve any problems with insurance

Reception staff (the first person you speak to) has been condescending and rude to the point that even if they did not have such a massive but undefined waitlist I still would never go or suggest this place. I asked them how long the wait was and what the process looked like and when I told her her response didn’t answer my question, instead of trying to better answer it, she just argued. Wonderful therapists but operationally horrible. There is constantly mass confusion with billing and insurance. They fail to do their job to make sure patients in need are helped.

Not sure what the issue is, but I was referred to Dr. Stahl, let alone the entire office has a waiting list of 308 people. God forbid you had something major going on and this was your only option.
