I used Dr Bruce Bishop for a Parental Responsibilities Evaluation. He was over three months late in completing the report. The report was shoddy, it didn't even get the parent's names right in places. I was clearly copied from other reports he completed. His views seemed to be biased. He felt that because I wanted 5050 custody of my children that I "saw them as possessions".
