I completed the online registration. Arrived early to my appointment. There were very few cars in the parking lot and only one other patient in the waiting room. Then I sat in the room for 40 minutes listening to staff joke and laugh outside the room. Finally I opened the door and told the staff that I would be leaving in fifteen minutes. The provider came in about two minutes later. I got a three minute exam. Then was told I could leave. I was not happy. My time is just as valuable as theirs. Mrs E. Rice

Carol or Caroline at reception is just a rude and nasty old lady. Not to mention extremely unprofessional. Came in for my 2 week postpartum check up and she said I was 2 weeks PP and I said yes and she started saying how I was looking slim and commenting on my body which I get some people may not care about but not everyone wants to hear comments be made about their body postpartum. Old lady with the glasses and dark long hair that works at the front desk shouldn’t be working there. Took her over 10 minutes. I kid you not over 10 minutes it took her to make me two appointments. She sat there at her computer spaced out just clicking random stuff. I literally watched her just sit there and fiddle on the computer. Got to the point where I had to ask what was going on and she claimed she just couldn’t find an appointment but if that were the case why didn’t she clarify that without me asking. “NP” Kaitlin Corona is awful. Saw a review praising her but I’d like to state that I personally don’t usually see her. I saw her for the first time recently and just felt she was so impersonal and didn’t seem to care about me as an individual patient. She did my 36 week GBS swab and used a speculum which isn’t needed for a GBS test. Look it up & I kid you not there’s literally no need for a speculum with it.
