Really disappointed that I’ve been going to this practice since I was 16, and when it came to getting the people at the front desk to fax over paperwork regarding my maternity leave, it seemed impossible. Not only does it take the nurses two weeks to fill out a paper that has a whopping ten questions on it, but then when I called every single day to get my paperwork that was finally completed, faxed over to my employer, I was sent on a wild goose chase. Wonderful Dr's, caring and knowledgeable but girl at front desk right side is a grouch !! i didnt do paperwork online and was only 20 minutes early, not 30 & she wouldn't let me fill it out, told me i had to reschedule,, I was to say the least not happy, its over 35 minutes each way,, i called and tried to get most on phone & was told someone would call me back but never did... then a few weeks later I get a $50 NO SHOW FEE !!!! The fact that dr. Kavety is still in practice is beyond me. Let me just tell you how because of her I lost my son and because of her my daughter has to grow up without her brother. When she had every chance to save him. I hope she reads this and remembers that she had every opertunty to save my son and she choose to let him pass. 2019 I was pregnant with twins.
