I’ve been a patient here since I was 18 or so, two pregnancies, one most recently in June. The only negative experience I had was when a nurse made me feel guilty for getting pregnant after a medical procedure I had. Dr. Nolan is phenomenal. When I told her about what happened with this nurse, she was empathetic and apologetic for the way the nurse spoke down to me. She has been nothing but fantastic during both of my pregnancies. I completed the online registration. Arrived early to my appointment. There were very few cars in the parking lot and only one other patient in the waiting room. Then I sat in the room for 40 minutes listening to staff joke and laugh outside the room. Finally I opened the door and told the staff that I would be leaving in fifteen minutes. The provider came in about two minutes later. I got a three minute exam. Then was told I could leave. I was not happy. My time is just as valuable as theirs. Mrs E. Rice

Carol or Caroline at reception is just a rude and nasty old lady. Not to mention extremely unprofessional. Came in for my 2 week postpartum check up and she said I was 2 weeks PP and I said yes and she started saying how I was looking slim and commenting on my body which I get some people may not care about but not everyone wants to hear comments be made about their body postpartum. Especially if you’re someone who has a history with people being weird making creepy comments about your body. Just not something I’m comfortabl... read more
