The doctors are excellent but the way the office is set up is HORRIBLE. You wait forever and then you have to haul your almost 100 year-old parent up and down the halls for 100 feet from one side of this factory to the other side to different rooms after you’ve waited a half an hour To see one person and then the other side to see The doctor while there are 50 people working there standing around doing nothing but talking then to pay the bill online is complete torture!!!. Dr. Bucher was kind enough to see me on a weekend after I experienced a retinal detachment. He also performed my surgery the next week, and saw me for follow up care. He was professional and compassionate during every one of my visits, and I would recommend him without reservation to any of my loved ones.
Dr G is great. Wonderful bedside manner Today was my first visit to the new office. On the way out, I stopped at the#1 checkout window. The young lady glared at me and said “ you are supposed to sit down first!” I told her that at the old location we just went to a window to checkout as we leave. She disagreed so I told the elderly woman behind me she better sit down first so she wouldnt be chastised. Very unprofessional. Not customer centric.
