Received exceptional care with teeth cleaning for Mia on yesterday and the staff and concern for her was amazing!!! 11 years and counting!!! ���
I had to go to AVS for the worst possible reason- to say goodbye to my first "baby"- my dog... the doctor was very kind and compassionate. She explained the procedure before and during and the staff were great and understanding; they allowed us as much time as we needed to say our final goodbyes. I know when I'm ready again, I'll be bringing my new furry "baby" to be cared for at AVS.
I brought my cat to be looked at but he was extremely upset and turned vicious on the vet while still in the carrier. Consequently, the vet was unable to look at him, but I was pleasantly surprised to learn that they weren't going to charge me for the visit. I rescheduled for an earlier appointment so he won't have to be left in the carrier overnight and I can take him home after being sedated for the exam. I could tell they care for my animal's welfare. I also love that they keep office pets. It was refreshing.
Being a parent of several fur babies I can say that AVS is one of the most friendly places and you can tell everyone there loves animals. They always answer every question I may have and I leave feeling good about bringing my animals here. Thank you all!
Dr. Casey is absolutely an amazing vet & I feel like she takes the time to listen to me to make the best decision with my fur babies. She also cares about my babies as much as I do. I HIGHLY recommend her....
