Absolute nightmare to try scheduling with. They lost my appointment request. They called exactly one time to schedule with me. When I called back they stated I would need to disclose my medical issues over the phone in public because they lost the details. It defeated the entire purpose of sending the electronic appointment request. The scheduler requested I speak with the manager. My appointment was scheduled for 9:20 I was not seen untill 11am and the doctor was in a rush in explaining things and left me without even answering my questions. Place looks like the DMV and I felt like a customer more than a patient the provided was in a rush to get to the next patient and he did not examine my ultrasound nor medical records untill last minute of my appointment which was sent two weeks before the appointment. This place needs a lot of work the only professional thing there were the receptionists

Became a patient last January for kidney stones, ended up having surgery to extract one and have had awful testicular pain since. He recommended removal of a testicle (despite zero evidence of why it should be removed). No tests or anything. The lack of compassion and quick decision to do another surgery despite no basis for a surgery was appalling. I was told to get antibiotics (to help pain???) I spent 90 minutes in the waiting room for a 9:30 appointment. I walked out and will find another provider.
