Don’t ever step foot in this practice from Cary to Raleigh! They completely suck! No patient follow up after lab test! They lose forms you need filled out & you are only a DOB & insurance card! Find another practice!
Our experience with Dr. John Kaspar and Dr. Scott Baker has been beyond disappointing. My mother’s surgery recovery has been extremely difficult, so we expected her surgeon to stay involved in her care. During my last conversation with Dr. Kaspar, he repeatedly emphasized that the “risks were discussed” and told me this outcome had only happened one other time with his patients. Dr. Bennivedes has been a very caring and knowledgeable Urologist. My recent surgery will hopefully resolve my issues.
Horrible continued care and communication! I have 2 kidney stones in each kidney, called Dr. Neighbors nurse at 9am on Monday (as he instructed me to do) after enduring pain all weekend. I was hoping for some medicine to help pass the stones and an appt for x-rays and possible lithotripsy procedure given the size of the stones. Instead I never received a call, all day. Posting on behalf of my husband as I go with him on every appointment. All of the staff are friendly and competent. Feels like a family and we are a part of the great care they give.
