First time appointment with this medical practice. I made the appointment on a Monday for a Friday appointment and rearranged my work schedule to accommodate the only time I could get in. At 330PM Thursday the notify me in a voice mail it had been cancelled due to a "system crash,"--I guess no one knows how to take take notes and chart by hand. I am now out half a days work. Terrible way to run a practice!

No one at the front desk answers the phone called 7 times before I could get in touch with someone wasted a vacation day at work to be seen because the address is not correct and missed my appointment they have Harding place on the website and Harding pike on the business card by the time I reached someone on the phone to find out which one it was to late then the receptionist was rude saying “Well what you want me to do?” This place is so unprofessional I would had like my time valued just like they would want theirs valued... read more
