Had a very poor experience with Dr. James Sylora this past appointment, I went in because I’ve had possible kidney stones and he booked me for a CAT scan and a scope procedure, which confused me but I accepted it. After the initial CAT scan appointment, it was confirmed that I had two small stones and the next appointment I assumed it was just to discuss my results, but the office was already ready to do the cystoscopy procedure which was hardly communicated to me at that time. Had a biopsy done in December of 2024.Refuse to give me my results over the phone, must come in to the office. 4 months later NO results.
I tried to get information before make an appointment and the person who answered don't know nothing, the reason I don't want billing surprises she said we accept all ppo but there are level 1 level 2 and there are differences among and deductible, she only said we accept all ppo , she doesn't receive the properly training
