Randy is the best service anywhere around. They come when they say they are. Once they start, they work till the job is complete.

They gave a great estimate and were prompt with giving it. The estimate doing the job was about a month. We called three times after 3 weeks to get an estimate about when they might be out to do the job. No response what so ever. Finally someone answered the phone and said they could do it the next day. I wasn't prepared for a next day visit. Was not happy with the communication issues between myself and the company.

Had work done today and could not be more satisfied. Everyone was professional and hardworking. Any mess that was made was promptly cleaned up. Very satisfied and will definitely call them again.

I called about getting an estimate. Was told someone would be there a week later, Friday or Saturday. Friday, no one. Saturday about 3pm called and left message asking if anyone was coming, what was going on. I also left a message to call us back. It's now 8pm. No phone call no estimate......
