I called to make an appointment for someone to come out and look at the pipes they wrapped about 8 months ago. It looked like one came unraveled. The owner who answered the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. She said, “Are you slow or something? I said if your pipe had a leak that’s not my fault”. When I asked to speak to the owner, she stated she was the owner. I will not be calling them again.
