I tried four times to get an appointment but every time I pressed the number for appointments, I got a robot saying the extension was not available. Just as a test, I pressed the number for “If you are having problems with a recent surgery, press 3. When I did, I got the same robot voice telling me the extension was not available. I guess they’d rather have a patient die than answer the phone.
