Take the listed hours off of your website if I'm unable to call and make an appointment in the afternoon. If you have staff telling patients "the hours vary" without giving any sort of idea of when to call on a weekday afternoon, it really makes no sense to advertise you're open until 5. Attitude and not even an apologetic tone from the person I apparently bothered with my call. I'll go elsewhere.
If I could give 0 stars I would…I arrived on time for my appointment today and was made to wait for over an hour. The staff never once updated me to let me know that Dr. Margherio was running late. Neither the staff nor the doctor offered an apology. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful!
Took my mother in for an appointment, she told me the doctor was really friendly and nice. We didn’t have to wait long to be seen took under an hour total.
Everyone was very kind and professional! Felt very comfortable with all the tests and treatment I received.
Appreciate their keeping track of my progress since surgery seven years ago.
