Have you ever met that person who knows everything except that they areoften wrong? That's John Clay. He also seems to have a low regard for other people's time other than his own
Poor communication and does not respect other peoples time and the work that goes into preparing a house to show.
I have been working with John for the past six years. John is the best real estate agent out there. He is a great negotiator and always checks for the quality. Not only did John help me with buying my first home this year, but always there for me to assist with any issue after we closed. For example, He offered me help to move into the new house, and he came out in the middle of the night to help with the clogged drain with his tools and removed the toilet in the process. I spoke with him on the phone after seeing a Facebook advertisement he listed for a duplex. After about a 30 second conversation and asking about my purchase price (250-300k) he became very rude and dismissive. Proceeded to say he couldn’t speak to me further unless I signed a “contract for representation” because he does “100 deals a year” and apparently he is too busy, and my price range would be too low (for his commission check I am guessing).
