If I could give this place 0 I would. Do not go here if you are pregnant. They have not once, but twice booked my ultrasound at the wrong gestation and not known when it’s supposed to be. Then act like I’m supposed to know this in my 1st pregnancy. They call me to book in as my Doctor sends my req straight to them. The first time they booked me in, knowing I was 5-7 weeks. I had a good experience, had both pelvic ultrasound and a mammogram. They were very professional and made me feel as comfortable as I could be under the circumstances, I would recommend.
This is really hard for me to make because my experience was traumatizing to say the least. Last year , I had a miscarriage and I booked an ultrasound at this location and when I got there they said my appointment Was changed to earlier in the day And that I had missed it. I was not informed about this change. So it already made the situation harder because the appointment was to confirm i had a miscarriage and all of the parts of the baby were gone... This is just for booking. Quite rude on phone, couldn't understand me and I couldn't understand her. When she FINALLY told me my date of appointment, it wasn't the date I had chosen because she had no idea what I was saying. She couldn't even say my name (and it's not too tough). Very frustrating. Old location used to be sooo amazing.
Friendly and professional service. Very quick and timely appointment. Beautiful facilities, clean and chic and relaxing.
