Service was fast even with a longer line. Rhonda was absolutely amazing and clearly very dedicated to doing a great job and making sure clients are comfortable, I was very thankful that she was overlooking the operations of the clinic and staff. Roberta was also a gem and did her work quickly in the xrays while being easy to talk to and communicative.
I had an extremely upsetting experience with Associated Radiologists at Market Mall in Saskatoon. My doctor’s office faxed an urgent ultrasound requisition and specifically requested that, because the referral was urgent, the doctor be phoned with the results. Despite this, the clinic would not schedule me as an urgent patient. It took four phone calls before I was finally able to get my appointment arranged. Front desk staff is absolutely ridiculous! Look at you standing there then oicks up the phone. Customer service from this place is horrible!
