When I moved into the unit, it was very dirty and looked like they had not cleaned it since the last tenant moved out. There was broken glass and garbage on the ground outside of the side door. There was old food inside cupboards in the kitchen, including liquor and mixer bottles. The walls were dingy and in one of the bedrooms, drawn on with pencil and crayon. APM The staff at APM is friendly and responsive to maintenance requests. Their screening process is thorough -- they called every reference and asked detailed questions.
What a rip off – I would rather go homeless than deal with this company again. They took approx 2 weeks to have my refrigerator/freezer fixed when it died; I lost a lot of food in the process. My boyfriend and I cleaned the home for 5+ hours and then I hired someone to come in behind us and double clean, making sure everything on the list from the lease was addressed. The house was cleaner than when I moved in, but they kept $200.00 of my deposit saying it required 8 hours of cleaning after I moved out. BS!
