VERY RUDE staff and no customer support provided. Do not hire them!!! After changing my bank, I sent a new authorization form for automatic payments from my new bank. In the form provided, I added a checkmark next to savings, and provided the routing and account number of my savings account. However, APM tried to withdraw money from another one of my accounts which was not unauthorized and as a result it was denied. NOTE; ALL OF BRIAN MCENTEES RESPONSES TO COMPLAINTS ON GOOGLE ARE LIES, EXCUSES. THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. They fired the last manager we had, she was so awful. When you search google, you see it says "4.8 Stars Based on 1,153 Real Client Reviews." When you investigate this this links to a company called "Real Client Reviews" which says "TAKE CONTROL OF YOUR ONLINE REVIEWS". And you can't leave a review. Deceptive and sneaky.
