I would not recommend renting from this company. The properties are not well kept and the owner is extreamly overbearing and difficult to deal with. It is impossible to get repairs done except for Monday through Friday. When its time to pay the rent, the office may or may not be open as they do not exercise normal business hours and can close without any notice. If you are new to El Paso or need a new place to live I would try any other real estate company other then this one!
