Stacey Blackmon is straight shooting and responsible. She sold our house for $10-20K more than was suggested by neighborhood appraisals, within a week, with three full price offers. We talked to 3 or 4 other realtors who never even responded after the initial visit, but Stacey took it seriously and always responded to whatever communication quickly, and with a real answer. She is down to earth, easy to talk with, and a joy to work with. Very professional, experienced and knowledgeable. I would certainly recommend her.
