I am very disappointed in the customer service that I constantly receive from this office its terrible!! I just waited 35 minutes for a representative to schedule an appointment she wouldnt let me get a word in was put on hold on the phone conveniently disconnected the call. Tried to call back only to discover that I was caller # 20 again. It is 2026 every place has caller ID. Someone could have called me back but didn’t.
Dr. Warner is kind and compassionate, and always listens to my concerns, and offers helpful suggestions. He is absolutely the best primary care physician ever. I'm beyond lucky to have him as my doctor!
Availability for annuals is outrageous- booking 7 months out to see the doctor and 3 months for the mid-level is unacceptable in my opinion. We love Dr. Heim but was informed by the secretary that she has over 1,000 patients right now and that's why availability is so limited. This is not the first time we have had to wait months for an appointment. Additionally, getting ahold of the office is a challenge. My partner had an absolute terrible experience with them as her PCP. Avoid at all costs!
I have been going to this place for years but I'm thinking about moving somewhere else. The doctors and the NPs are decent. It's the people you talk outside of them or when you can't talk to them directly. When there is no one at the front desk, they switch over to an answering service. There is this one man who I have talked to two times that has such a rude and nasty attitude and dismissive tone. It seem like the longer you stay on the phone with him the more horrible he becomes.
