I don't like the treatment from the O'Fallon office. I made an appointment and was told they didn't have the medication on site to give me my second shot. The staff didn't treat me right.
Alicia, Jena, and Rachelle are all very pleasant to work with and do a very good job at everything. I highly recommend this place!
Front desk staff comes & goes which means their always training new people & their are scheduling issues.its starting to get old after 3 years.the rest of the staff are professional though
