Do not trust this company! The caretakers who come to my parents' house are caring and very hard working. However, there have been numerous instances of scheduling errors and lack of communication by Associated scheduling staff resulting in caretakers not showing up and nobody notifying us resulting in a dangerous situation. They suck with O'Connell care they don't support there clients well especially when the client go there with a issue too them,they don't communicate with u ,and with aide not coming and they makes up stuff and offers to do things and blames the client when it's the worker ,can't trust this company ,my friend had a worker who came for one day,and made up stuff wasn't doing things right and tried twisting stuff,into something it wasn't and lieing what they were doing ,and that worker for one day said they take. We were contacted by them for services, told the service was totally covered by insurance. We then started receiving bills from Greater Springfield services. We called them and they confirmed we were given miss information by by the contracted employee. We have been battling them for 3 months. This was a scam. Wonder who else they have scammed.
I work for the company I love it so far
scheduling issues, and drama. They will call and say your aid is out and they do not have a replacement, but the aids complain that the company will not give them 40 hours a week and keeps them working part time. If they go shopping for you and the store does not have the item and your aid goes to a second store to get the item the office will call on the phone to give you a bunch of grief about how their only supposed to go to 1 store not 2 and bla bla bla about how your abusing their service.
