It's the only place I know in town that sells shipping supplies in bulk. It takes a little time to learn how to work with this business, but the employees have been nice to me and have worked hard to be helpful. Wandra has handled my paperwork efficiently on recent visits. Nelson is a really cheerful person who carries my order right out to my vehicle and loads my truck with care.
My janitorial service hired them to deliver paper towels to the office. For some reason they expected me to actually come out into the parking lot and get the boxes from the driver, rather than bringing the boxes into the office themselves, like EVERY OTHER DELIVERY SERVICE ON THE PLANET. We have a total of FOUR stair steps to get to our front door, the parking lot is extremely close to the building, and I cannot imagine that boxes of paper towels are heavy.
