What a joke. They wanted 175 for a misdiagnosis for post nasal drip that sounds like I’m choking and they insisted it was acid reflex which the insurance would not pay and 95 for the office visit
Skilled, friendly staff from top to bottom. Always ready to take care of my ‘emergencies’ whenever I drop in. I’d rate them with 6 stars if I could!
Unfortunately I would not recommend AOP the Frontline answering service and the management in the office do not represent The physicians and health professionals very well I received a call from Stephanie being very Sarcastic in her message and I have every message recorded for my proof I also feel I was Racially profiled with unprofessional customer service representing your company you guys will lose patients ……..
I've found their entire staff to be friendly, courteous, and caring. Dr Max Hennessy took time to call me on a Saturday to, let me know that the mass he removed. Wasn't cancerous.
