Office staff could use some additional training regarding professionalism.
Dr. Malloy is absolutely amazing. He was great during our consultation and answered all of our sons questions and concerns. Today our son had his surgery and again Dr. Malloy was amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure that our son was comfortable and knew what was going to happen during the procedure. After the surgery was over, the staff all made sure to inform us of what took place and went over after care with us. Today was my appointment and everyone was so kind since I headed in and until I left. Specially Heather who took me to my car after my surgery. Thanks to my Dr. Alabakoff for excellent service and all your staff! I totally recommend this place.
