Got me in for a tooth removal same day as it was painful and we're very nice and professional.
The doctor and tech I was seen by at AOMS Monticello were all phenomenal and patient with me and my dental anxiety. I felt safe, heard and comfortable. The ladies at the front desk were genuinely friendly and welcoming. The doctor was very thorough in his explanation of the process. The tech was very thorough in making sure I was comfortable and in explaining after care. Just a day after having my molar extracted, I have very minimal pain or discomfort. The staff are skilled and efficient!
Everyone was great! The Doc communicated everything well. The hygienist, I'm guessing they are called that but I'm not sure, was with me whole time answering questions/asking questions to make sure I understood proper care and what was going to happen. They got me in the same day my wife called for an appointment for an extraction.
I had a tooth pulled and it was out before I realized it happened. Everyone was super nice. I just wished they had called and said they were running behind. I waited a long time in the waiting room. I’d rather wait at home.
Dr. Chris Delimeter was amazing. He took care of what my dentist could not.
