The BEST doctors office I have ever been to. Everyone was so kind and understanding of my anxiety, So welcoming I was overwhelmed with the amount of kindness and understanding. Front desk staff is AMAZING!! Doctor Greco was amazing!!! 1000% recommend to anyone.
Courtney Kennedy is excellent- the front end of the practice however is enough to make me go elsewhere. Unprofessional and unreasonable. Sorry Courtney
If I could give zero stars I would. I called and asked questions they answered yes to all and told me to send them my info and they would get back to me. They never did so I called and was told I would get a call back. I called again the next day and was transferred and told I faxed my stuff to the wrong number and that they only accept referrals from a Nuvance dr. I’m should have been told that from the start
I read the reviews on Google and I don’t think the ratings are fair. My doctor, Courtney Kennedy, was spot on with diagnosing my issue. I explained my symptoms, and she described them back to me as if she had experienced them herself. While I noticed the staff using their phones, I’ll admit that, but everyone was still polite. The waiting time was short, and I’m genuinely impressed with how skilled Dr. Kennedy is.
Don't come during lunch, its a hot effing mess.
