Dr Markind was my physician at this firm. He retired, as myself. Have an issue I’m quite familiar with, but the lady on the telephone as I’m trying to make an appointment said I need a referral from another physician. Very rude person, don’t need this type of treatment. I disconnected the phone, Damn RUDE, worse than Markind. Northwell look what you purchased, merde.
Dr. Robert Bonwetsch is an outstanding doctor. He really listens and takes the time to explain things in a way that’s easy to understand. I never felt rushed, and it’s clear he truly cares about his patients. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The staff is very polite and welcoming.

These people are great if you never have an emergency or need to see a doctor quickly, or talk to a doctor, or have a doctor care about your situation at all….🤷🏻♀️
