We built a new home and moved in May 2021. Two weeks after moving in we started having issues such as water leaks, wind leaks, and ice inside our NEW windows. We built our house in 2021. We have had leaks and ice on the inside of our windows. They will not replace them!! It is so frustrating when we have tried working with our rep and just get ignored. There is literally ice that I am scraping off from the INSIDE of my kids bedroom windows!!! I did the contact us as they requested and a month later, I still have heard nothing. Avoid Associated Materials like the plague. This is THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH. Had NO CHOICE but to replace all of my windows with a much better product produced by a company that honors the warranty. Went through the warranty department and had the pleasure of working with Susan. She is phenomenal!!
This company is the biggest waste to deal with. I have called numerous times to get my windows replaced due to a faulty seal.They do not replace the window itself anymore, but rather just the glass kit that we will get to install. Oh, but they will do the seals for us at $100 per hour labor. They shipped the windows to two separate locations. It has been about 6 weeks and they are still at different places.
