Again, another warranty issue here! Since I've finally lost my patience trying to get INCREDIBLY faulty windows fixed I've fallen down a rabbit hole of people trying to get the company to simply honor their warranties to no avail. EVERY window in my home either won't lock, won't open or has the "oil" looking stain in between the glass panels from not being sealed properly. They need to simply step up and replace faulty products! And treat their customers with some respect.
a HOAX AND A SCAM..I HAVE A DOOR WITH 1.5 IN GAP UP AND 0.5 IN GAP DOWN..ITS CLEARLY FAULTY FROM MANUFACTURING..INSECTS, ANTS, WORMS, FLIES AND OBVIOUSLY WATER LEAKS EACH DAY ... TODAY ON HEAVY RAIN , I HAD TI STAY NEXT TO THE DOOR TO CHANGE THE TOWELS..THEY DENIED MY CLAIM..I M NOT GOING TO GIVE UP TILL THIS BUSINESS IS CLOSED..LETTER TO TRUMP, AND TO TEH COURT WITH U ..U HAVE NO LACK OF RESPECT FOR PEOPLE MONEY ..UR REPONSED ARE TOTALLY OUT OF LOGIC...
