My doctor (Tokatlian) is nice but getting an appointment with him takes 3 months and the quality of the staff is sub par. Need a follow up call on test results? Need some important information from the medical assistant? Need to take care of a bill (good luck, the billing office is in India!)? Need to be treated like a person? Need to be seen on time? Need your medical records updated or sent? Then fugghedaboutit! This is not the office for you. Oh, and the P.A.? Wow is she awful!
I’ve been seeing Nurse practitioner Despina for over 20 years. She is FANTASTIC! She cares about me and helps me get and stay healthy. She is an asset to this practice
Very disappointed with this clinic. Scheduled in for 9 am appt. Was told by staff as I waited until 9:45 am that the doctor does not even come till 9:45 am but had her schedule start at 9 am. This happened several times before I was told this. When she does come in, had not reviewed my file and asks me about testing that she had referred me to and just had not even read the results. Horrible customer service!! Was scheduled a 9.15 apt for a doctor who does not get to work before 10am!! Clueless of their ways, was told “this is how our scheduling is” after waiting for 1/2 hr and not being called in. Can’t get their paperwork in order when filing for insurance despite multiple follow ups. Instead of Diagonostic, they file under Preventive causing higher bills. Do not recommend to anyone!!
