It was our first time working with Associated Housewrights. We were referred by our friends, who had their basement remodeled by them about a year ago. We had a remodel/addition project planned for late 2024 into early 2025 -- adding two bedrooms and a bathroom to our >100 year old arts and crafts style home. We choose Housewrights for their strong reputation and happily paid a premium for what we hoped to be a positive experience and high-quality outcome. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. We never get tired of hearing neighbors compliment our home addition! It is such a good feeling to live in a home where you have confidence in the quality and craftsmanship. Matt was our PM and working with him made all the difference. He has a ton of experience and knowledge - from small details like picture frame deck boards on our front porch to solid advice on windows that we love, Matt took great care of us.
Steve was amazing at walking us through options. Very thankful for his guidance.
Had a GREAT experience working with Associated Housewrights on our new sunroom addition.
