My hat is off to Meri Tepper, Steve Oleson and Matt Speer of Associated Housewrights. We first began an exploratory conversation several years ago with Matt (founder) about an over-garage addition. I have been watching AH projects around Madison for 20 years and had always been Impressed with process and results (and let's be real, they have the best friggin yard sings :) Anyway, that plan never materialized because Covid made us realize we needed a lot more space and we began a 2 years long search for a new home.
