Well they stood me up twice for the nurse to come evaluate. Then, they sent someone out twice when I want home and haven't even seen nurse yet. I told them the previous week I wouldn't be home as I was at the doctor on those times. Then, the nurse shows, we set a schedule. The next Monday Nicole calls to confirm my aide for Monday, yet the schedule we set Friday with the nurse. So I went over all of it with Nicole, again.
