They were terrible. Their customer service was horrible. No empathy for the fact that their delivery was late. was scheduled for a Monday then they had to reschedule for Wednesday and delivery is now 3 hours late. Their partner in KY Blackout delivery is awful as well.

Had to be one of the worst courier companies. Even USPS is more efficient than this joke of a company.
