Looks like I have to write a review for Google first since they do not have option to post the review with 0 star rating.. AGS guys simply telling me that my 2000$ TV is sent to wrong location (different state) and they do not know expected delivery date yet.
I ordered a TV from Samsung. So far it has been nothing but excuses and delays for delivery. They refuse to answer phones and online chats. ANY company that wishes to have a carrier that is dependable for their shipping needs, they need to look at any other company than this one. This company needs to be put out of business
I'm glad I didn't have the experience that the other reviewer's have apparently had. I ordered my Samsung TV on February 11th. It's a whopper of a TV, so AGS picked it up the 12th, it was in transit on the 14th, it was recovered at the local airport on the 17th, I scheduled my appointment for the 28th on the 18th, and then on the 23rd I got a call from a fellow, Joe I believe, who said he had a two man crew able to deliver it on the 24th. they will reschedule your shipment without any warning and the customer service lady has a terrible attitude does not try to help at all
