Hello, if you're a driver, you'll find that everyone here is very rude. If you say anything, it immediately delays your time.😡
Terrible company. Expect to have to follow up constantly to ensure your delivery is on track. Missed multiple deliveries, marked delivered even though it wasn’t and required signature.
Samsung needs to use someone else. Sitting here waiting on my item to arrive only to find out they do not have the item and can not tell me when it will arrive. Wasted my time, zero communication. I was not alerted that the time selected was not available. Just terrible 😔
WORST company ever! They came at a different time window than scheduled. I requested for them to reschedule the delivery, the guy said he can hold it, and we find out the next day that he RETURNED the item instead.
Pre ordered monitor from samsung, and you guessed it, 😡 lost. Still waiting on a call back
