Had waited 2 weeks after calling for a window replacement. I had call last Monday to see if they can still come give me an estimate. No response till I had called Thursday and had to tell to get service. I’m in the same town as the company. Work came out great but need work on there customer service. And tried to weasel the price but giving the estimate to my wife when I called for it. She was gone for the repairs.
Been working with AG&M for over 20 years, they are competitively priced, and are always swift and steadfast in ordering custom shower doors, table tops and custom glass shelving. I'm always checking current pricing with other shops to keep them honest, and have never been disappointed with the results. In short, always professional, timely and quality work!
